Our 401(k) plan services are to assist you as an employer in acting in the best interest of your plan participants ensuring your plan is an employee benefit, not a detriment.  As an independent investment advisor we have no conflicts of interest perfectly positioning us to assist you with your fiduciary responsibilities.

In regards to 401(k) plans we view ourselves as an extension of you and can take one of two roles: Plan Consultant or Plan Advisor.

PLAN CONSULTANT

In this role we work with you and your existing plan. In our independent role we help strengthen specific areas of your plan. This can include:

• Plan Review,
• Investment Analysis,
• Investment Policy Documentation,
• Employee Education, and
• Participant Retirement Planning & Advice

Additionally, we can assist in selecting a new plan and its implementation (if this is decided as the best solution)..

PLAN ADVISER

As a plan adviser we do much of the work explained above but we stay on board and work to help maintain your plan on an ongoing basis. As an independent firm we do not have any contractual affiliations we are required to keep. We have the freedom to choose the best vendors in providing you the best 401(k) possible. To that, we ensure your existing plan or a new plan focuses on:

• Minimizing expenses,
• Providing the best investments to meet your plan needs,
• Continous communication to keep your firm in the loop,
• Participant education in "layman terms," and
• Planning and advice on an individual level.
